I was glued to the set. I still work out at least four days a week at the gym. I don’t drink or smoke. I do a lot of sensible eating and swim and do sit-ups. I try to keep my body fat at low levels but not so low that I lose my womanly curves. When I’m working out, I’m into fast music to keep me motivated. My motto is keep fit, train hard, keep fit, train hard.”
