Rukhsana won’t be needing any butt or calf implants. Not at the rate she trains to keep in perfect shape. Why no one has offered Rukhsana her own morning fitness show is the height of irresponsibility to the breast-men of the word. “I’m a former competitive swimmer,” Rukhsana said. “I watched the Olympics every day. I was glued to the set. I still work out at least four days a week at the gym. I don’t drink or smoke. I do a lot of sensible eating and swim and do sit-ups. I try to keep my body fat at low levels but not so low that I lose my womanly curves. When I’m working out, I’m into fast music to keep me motivated. My motto is keep fit, train hard, keep fit, train hard.”
